Acrobatic Stilts
ACROBATIC STILTS

There is more to stilts than just walking! Push the boundaries of stilts movement while learning partner work, slide falls, floor work, front and back rolls, kick-overs, drops, and get-ups. Stilts will be provided, but students will be required to bring their own kneepads. Taught by Jill Heyser.

Aerial Arts
AERIAL ARTS

This circus class focuses entirely on aerial apparatus. Silks, Spanish web, trapeze, lyra and straps are among the featured skills. Students will learn to create their own aerial routines with musicality and flow. Taught by Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi, Mandi Michalski and Jill Heyser. Circus Arts
CIRCUS ARTS

Students gain an introduction to the Circus Arts, developing a basic skill set while increasing their strength and flexibility. Silks, lyra, unicycling, juggling, stilt-walking, tightrope, trapeze, and Spanish web are among the skills offered. While no acrobatic experience is necessary to enroll in the Level I (Beginning) classes, it is recommended that participants be in good physical health. Students should wear comfortable clothes to class, being aware that they will be, at times, upside down. Taught by Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi and Nathan Drackett. CIRCUS FITNESS

Develop core strength and flexibility in this unique and fun fitness class. Trapeze, Spanish web, and silks are among the circus apparatus used to give students an amazing workout. Taught by Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi and Rani Waterman.

CIRCUS GROUND SKILLS

Learn Juggling, Unicycling, Stilt-Walking, Tightwire, and Rolling-Globe in this non-aerial, variety skills class. Taught by Nathan Drackett.

Contortion
CONTORTION

For serious, aspiring contortionists or people who want a really good stretch. This extreme yoga class promotes flexibility, strength, and healthy circulation. Taught by Oyunchimeg "Oyuna" Yadamjav. For a Contortion Class video, click here.
