CLASS AND SUMMER CAMP UPDATES

REGISTRATION TIMELINE

  • Tuesday, September 2 - Fall 2008 classes begin
  • Monday, October 13 - Early registration begins; only students currently enroleld in a class may register at this time
  • Monday, October 20 - Open registration; all students may register for classes
  • Monday, Novembr 10 - Winter I 2008 Classes begin

ACTORS GYMNASIUM REGISTRATION POLICIES:

  • Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Registrations received before the set dates (see above) will be filed and process on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on the set registration dates.
  • Space in a class will not be reserved without a completed registration form and payment.
  • Students cannot register via phone; only registrations received via email, fax, or mail will be processed.
  • Students will not receive confirmation of registration; please call the office if there is a question on the status of registration.
  • All students, regardless of prior participation, must have a completed and signed NEW (August 07-September 08) waiver of liability on file BEFORE participating in the first day of class this fall. STUDENTS WHO ARE MISSING WAIVERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS.
  • The refund and class cancellation policy is as follows:
    • There is a twenty-five dollar cancellation fee.
    • If the cancellation is made prior to the first class meeting, a full refund, minus the twenty-five dollar cancellation fee, will be issued.
    • If the cancellation is made after the first class meeting, a full refund, minus the twenty-five dollar cancellation fee and the pro-rated cost of the first class, will be issued.
    • If the cancellation is made after the second class meeting, no refund will be issued.
    • No refunds will be issued for Summer Camp after April 1, 2008.
  • The class makeup policy is as follows:
    • Students may make-up up to two missed classes per session
    • Make-up classes must be attended in the session for the class in which the student is enrolled
    • The last week of class is not elligable for a make-up class
    • Students must call the office to confirm which class(es) they may attend for their make-up
  • AGE POLICY: Students must be turning the minimum age required for enrollment in the week the class begins; i.e. A child turning 3 by September 8, 2007 may enroll in Thursday's Acro-Dance class. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Please note that credit card information should not be sent via email - if you choose to email us your form plase put 'Call for credit card number' in the Credit Card field on your registration form and someone from the office will call your primary contact number after receiving your registration to obtain your payment information. Right click on the link below and save this form to your computer before editing - you will not be able to save your information if you edit the form from within the browser. Please check that the file has saved your information correctly before emailing.
